1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at quisenterprisegroup.com and the courier and logistics services provided by Quis Enterprise Group LLC ("Quis," "we," "us," or "our").
By using this website, submitting a booking or quote request, or accepting delivery services from us, you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
If you have a separate signed service agreement with Quis, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms.
2. Our Services
Quis is a courier and logistics provider based in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, with the flexibility to complete intrastate deliveries throughout Texas based on customer needs. Our services include medical courier, legal courier, same-day delivery, package delivery, and dedicated recurring route programs.
Quis is a courier and logistics provider. We are not a freight carrier or an interstate motor carrier, and we do not hold ourselves out as one.
3. Requests Are Not Automatic Bookings
This is important. Submitting a form on this website is a request for service. It is not a binding contract, and it does not automatically dispatch a driver.
Every request is reviewed by Quis dispatch. We will confirm availability, timing, and price with you before work begins. A booking is confirmed only when Quis communicates that confirmation to you directly.
If your delivery is urgent, call dispatch at (682) 477-1477 rather than relying on a form submission alone.
4. Service Area and Availability
We operate predominantly throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, including Fort Worth, Dallas, Arlington, Grand Prairie, Irving, Plano, Richardson, and surrounding communities.
We can support deliveries to other Texas destinations based on customer requirements and availability. Service outside the Metroplex must be confirmed with dispatch in advance.
Service availability depends on driver and vehicle capacity, road and weather conditions, and the nature of the shipment. We may decline any request that falls outside our operating capability, insurance coverage, or legal requirements.
5. What We Can and Cannot Carry
Same-day commercial delivery covers packages, equipment, parts, skids, and palletized shipments that fit within available vehicle and operating limits. Specific weight, size, vehicle, and handling limits are confirmed at the time of booking.
We do not transport, and you may not tender to us:
- Illegal items, controlled substances outside a lawful and properly documented chain of custody, or anything prohibited by law
- Hazardous materials, explosives, flammables, or regulated dangerous goods, unless expressly agreed in writing in advance
- Live animals or human remains
- Cash, bullion, negotiable instruments, jewelry, or similar high-value items, unless expressly agreed in writing in advance
- Firearms or ammunition, unless expressly agreed in writing and handled in compliance with applicable law
- Items that are improperly packaged, leaking, or unsafe to handle
- Anything exceeding the confirmed weight, size, or handling limits for the assigned vehicle
If a shipment is found to contain a prohibited item, we may refuse or discontinue transport, and you remain responsible for charges incurred and for any resulting loss or liability.
6. Medical and Legal Deliveries
Medical deliveries are handled with care, professionalism, and chain-of-custody procedures appropriate to the shipment. You are responsible for telling us, in advance, about any temperature, containment, handling, or documentation requirements that apply.
Legal deliveries, including court filings, are handled against the deadlines you give us. You are responsible for providing accurate filing requirements, deadlines, and any documents or fees required by the receiving office. Quis does not provide legal advice and is not responsible for the legal sufficiency of documents you tender.
Quis does not make compliance or certification claims that have not been formally verified. If your industry requires a specific certification, credential, or written agreement, raise it with dispatch before booking so we can confirm whether we can meet it.
7. Your Responsibilities
To let us do our job well, you agree to:
- Provide complete and accurate pickup and delivery addresses, including city, state, and ZIP
- Provide working contact names and phone numbers for both ends of the delivery
- Disclose access requirements such as docks, suites, gate codes, badge requirements, or hours
- Package items properly and securely for transport
- Disclose special handling, temperature, weight, hazard, or chain-of-custody requirements before pickup
- Ensure someone is available to release the shipment at pickup and receive it at delivery
- Ensure the items are lawful to transport and accurately described
Delays, failed attempts, or additional charges caused by inaccurate information, inadequate packaging, or unavailable contacts are your responsibility.
8. Pricing, Quotes, and Payment
Pricing is quoted per job or per recurring program. Final pricing depends on factors confirmed during booking or scoping, which may include distance, minimum charges, wait time, after-hours or weekend service, vehicle class, number of stops, special handling, and route structure.
Any figure discussed before confirmation is an estimate for planning purposes and is not a guaranteed or binding price. The price stated in your written quote, proposal, or confirmation is the price that applies.
Additional charges may apply for wait time beyond the agreed window, additional stops, redelivery after a failed attempt, after-hours service, or changes requested after dispatch. We will tell you about material additional charges as soon as we reasonably can.
Payment terms, accepted payment methods, deposits, and any late-payment charges are set out in your quote, proposal, invoice, or service agreement. Accounts not paid according to those terms may have service suspended, and you are responsible for reasonable costs of collection.
9. Changes and Cancellations
Contact dispatch as early as possible to change or cancel a request. We will always try to accommodate changes.
Requests cancelled before a driver is dispatched are generally not charged. Once a driver has been dispatched or has arrived at pickup, a charge may apply to cover the trip. Specific cancellation terms for recurring routes, contract programs, and dedicated capacity are set out in your written agreement.
Quis may cancel or decline a request where the shipment falls outside our operating limits, where conditions make the delivery unsafe, or where the request violates these Terms. If we cancel for reasons other than your breach, you will not be charged.
10. Delivery Times and Delays
We work hard to meet the timing we commit to, and on-time performance is central to how we run. Delivery windows are good-faith commitments based on the information available at booking.
Quis is not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, including traffic incidents, road closures, severe weather, natural disasters, vehicle breakdown, acts of government, labor disruption, facility closures, or a recipient being unavailable or unable to accept delivery.
If a delay occurs, we will communicate with you as promptly as we can and work with you on the best available option.
11. Proof of Delivery and Claims
We document deliveries in a manner appropriate to the service, which may include signature, timestamp, photograph, or a completed chain-of-custody form. Proof of delivery is available on request.
If a shipment is lost, damaged, or delivered incorrectly, notify Quis as soon as you discover it and no later than the claim period set out in your service agreement or invoice. Prompt notice matters — it lets us investigate while records, routes, and recollections are still fresh.
To support a claim, you may be asked to provide a description of the items, documentation of value, photographs, the original packaging, and a copy of the booking or invoice. We will investigate in good faith and respond within a reasonable time.
12. Insurance and Limitation of Liability
Quis maintains insurance appropriate to its courier and logistics operations. Coverage limits, declared-value requirements, deductibles, and claim procedures are confirmed in your quote, invoice, or written service agreement. If your shipment's value exceeds our standard coverage, you must tell us in advance and arrange declared-value coverage or your own insurance before we accept the shipment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quis is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost business, loss of use, or missed opportunities, even if we were advised such damages were possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any shipment is limited to the amount of coverage stated in your written service agreement, or where no amount is stated, to the amount you paid Quis for that shipment.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or bodily injury caused by our negligence.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quis, its owners, employees, and drivers from claims, damages, losses, fines, and reasonable costs arising out of: items you tendered that were prohibited, unsafe, improperly packaged, or inaccurately described; your failure to obtain necessary permissions or provide required information; your violation of these Terms; or your violation of applicable law.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Our delivery services are provided with reasonable care and skill. Except as expressly stated in these Terms or in a written service agreement, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
15. Website Use and Intellectual Property
The Quis name, the Quis logo and eagle mark, the Q.U.I.S. standard, page design, text, and graphics on this website are the property of Quis Enterprise Group LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.
You agree not to use this website to transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or harvest content or contact information, submit false or fraudulent requests, or interfere with the website's operation or security.
Website content is provided for general information. We may update our services, coverage, pricing, and content at any time without notice.
16. Third-Party Services
Our website relies on third-party services for hosting, form handling, and spam protection. Your use of our forms is also subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services outside our control.
17. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
18. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt in good faith to resolve the matter informally. Most issues can be resolved quickly with a phone call to dispatch.
19. General Provisions
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with any written quote, proposal, invoice, or service agreement, are the entire agreement between you and Quis regarding the services.
Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force, and the unenforceable provision will be applied to the maximum extent permitted.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Independent contractor. Quis performs services as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as our services and obligations change. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The Terms in effect at the time your booking is confirmed apply to that booking.
